Thanks to all of you who come downtown to shop and dine or go to one of our many service and professional businesses.  A good mix of businesses helps DeLand keep that authentic downtown feel.   

Residents and visitors alike are finding Downtown DeLand on a regular basis.  If you haven’t visited us lately, come see what all the excitement is about.  Here’s what happened in March.  The DeLand Bike Rally brought in a huge crowd.  We also had a great turnout for the Florida Wildflower and Garden Festival.  We had a surprise visit from the Volusia County Community Orchestra.

We also had our regular monthly events.  Our Build Your Business Group meets twice monthly.  Our DeLand Cruise-In meets on the third Thursday each month.  Tech DeLand meets on the fourth Thursday.  Wine, Women, and Chocolate celebrates Downtown Divas on the second Wednesday.  This month’s theme is “Prom”!

April brings our monthly events plus DeLandapalooza, The Water Festival, Eat on the Street and the Majestic Car Show.  You can find out all about these events and more at www.MainStreetDeLand.org.
