We have a new Downtown DeLand App!  It will welcome you to downtown, show events and parking, and promote our shops and restaurants and specials they might have just because you have the app. It’s free. Just go to the App Store or Google Play and download the DISTRX app.  It will locate you in DeLand and other great Main Street cities and towns across Florida and the U.S.  If your favorite Downtown shop is not signed up, encourage them to do so!

The City of DeLand has re-opened the Gateway Grants application period.  From now through May 2nd.  If you have a business property in one of the gateway areas these matching grant funds are a big help if you need to beautify your property or get a new sign.  To see if you qualify or what the grant can be used for, go to our website at www.MainStreetDeLand.org and follow the Gateway grant link.

If you haven’t started building your boat yet, now is the time! The Anything That Floats Boat Race is Saturday April 22nd.  This is a great team building opportunity for your business or service organization.  Applications are available on the website.
