MainStreet DeLand Association Boardroom Usage Guidelines

The MainStreet DeLand Association is located at 100 N. Woodland Blvd. Suite 4, DeLand. The boardroom is available for rent during MainStreet DeLand Association office hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and 10am-2pm on Fridays.

The Boardroom includes a conference table with seating for 10 with additional seating located along the perimeter of the room accommodating an additional 16. Wi-fi and Smart TV are available for presentations.

Use of the room is free of charge to MainStreet DeLand Association members. Free Member use of the room is limited to up to four hours per day, once per month. Non-members may reserve the room at a rate of $50/hour.

Interested parties must contact the MainStreet DeLand Association office at 386-738-0649 at least two weeks in advance to reserve the room. Requests are subject to availability.

Since it is located in an office environment, we ask that noise is kept at a professional level. Also, please leave the room in the same condition you find it by cleaning up after use.
