At Urban Brick, our mission is simple - to bring you authentic, delicious, freshly made creations you will only find here. Because we wanted our food to represent healthy eating, much of our planning was focused on choosing the perfect ingredients. All of our ingredients are carefully selected, all natural, and preservative free. This makes all the difference. Our artisanal pizzettas, signature sandwiches, and made-to-order salads are created using only the finest, freshest, locally sourced produce and herbs. In addition, our premium, Italian sausage is all natural and locally handcrafted. The prosciutto, San Marzano tomatoes, artichokes, and olive oil we use are imported from Italy, and our fresh mozzarella comes to us from third generation master cheese makers in Wisconsin. We promise to treat you and your family like our own by serving only the highest quality food possible.
