MainStreet DeLand Association, Inc. is excited to present the 2027 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport Giveaway, made possible through the generous support of RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand.
One eligible winner will receive a new 2027 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport ES in White Diamond, with an approximate retail value of $30,000.
The vehicle is generously provided by RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand, located at 1960 S. Woodland Blvd., DeLand, FL 32720. RC Hill Mitsubishi has been serving the DeLand and Central Florida community for more than 40 years.
Contributions made in connection with the giveaway support MainStreet DeLand Association's mission and its work supporting Downtown DeLand through events, beautification, economic development initiatives, historic preservation and community partnerships.
NO PURCHASE, DONATION, CONTRIBUTION OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
The winner will be selected by random drawing and announced live during Light Up DeLand on Friday, December 4, 2026, at approximately 5:20 p.m. ET on West Indiana Avenue in Downtown DeLand, Florida. The winner does not need to be present to win.Official Rules

Prize Donor and Participating Dealership

RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand is the prize donor and participating dealership through which the vehicle will be delivered and any permitted vehicle upgrade transaction will be completed.
RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand does not administer the drawing or select the winner. MainStreet DeLand Association, Inc. is solely responsible for conducting the random drawing.
Eligibility
The drawing is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, except where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers and board members of MainStreet DeLand Association, Inc. and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to win.
For purposes of these Official Rules, immediate family includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling, stepparent, stepchild or stepsibling.
Entry Period
Entries will be accepted beginning September 26, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. ET and ending December 4, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. ET.
Entries received after the applicable deadline will not be eligible for the drawing.
The separate deadline for mail-in entries is provided below.
How to Enter
Participants may support MainStreet DeLand Association by making a voluntary contribution through the official giveaway page at MainStreetDeLand.org.
The suggested contribution is:
1 Entry — $50 Suggested Contribution
Contributions are voluntary and support the charitable mission and programs of MainStreet DeLand Association.
No purchase, donation, contribution or payment is necessary to enter or win.
A contribution does not guarantee or otherwise affect the selection of the winner. Every eligible entry will be entered into the same random drawing and treated equally.
Florida law permits a charitable organization to suggest a minimum donation, but it may not require a donation or payment as a condition of entering or winning.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, donation, contribution or payment, an eligible entrant may mail a handwritten 3" x 5" card containing:

Mail-in entries must be received by December 1, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. ET.
Each eligible handwritten mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry in the drawing and will be included in the same random drawing as entries associated with voluntary contributions.
Limit one (1) entry per handwritten card. Multiple mail-in entries are permitted; however, each entry must be submitted on a separate handwritten card and mailed separately.
Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, computer-generated, automatically generated, bulk-submitted or otherwise duplicated mail-in entries may be rejected.
No preference or advantage will be given to an entrant because the entrant made a contribution. Florida law prohibits discrimination between entrants who contribute and those who do not.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a:
New 2027 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport ES in White Diamond
generously provided by RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand.
Approximate Retail Value: $30,000
The giveaway is for the vehicle described above generally and is not tied to a specific vehicle identification number (VIN), stock number or individual vehicle currently advertised in RC Hill Mitsubishi's inventory.
Final vehicle specifications, equipment and availability are subject to the vehicle supplied for fulfillment by RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand.
No Cash Alternative
The winner is winning the vehicle—not $30,000 in cash.
There is no cash alternative, cash redemption, cash-value substitution or cash payment available in lieu of the prize vehicle.
The winner may not request or require MainStreet DeLand Association or RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand to pay the winner the $30,000 approximate retail value, or any portion of that amount, in cash.
The prize may not be sold or transferred to another individual before it is awarded.
The only alternative to accepting the designated prize vehicle is the New Mitsubishi Vehicle Upgrade Option described below.
New Mitsubishi Vehicle Upgrade Option
Instead of accepting the awarded 2027 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport ES, the verified winner may elect to apply a $30,000 prize credit toward the purchase of another new Mitsubishi vehicle from RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand, subject to the following conditions:
The selected vehicle must be a new Mitsubishi vehicle that is in stock and available for sale at RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand at the time the winner exercises the option.
The selected replacement vehicle must have a purchase price greater than $30,000.
The winner will receive a maximum credit of $30,000 toward the eligible replacement vehicle.
The $30,000 prize credit has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
No portion of the $30,000 prize credit will be refunded, rebated or paid to the winner.
The credit may not be transferred, assigned, sold or given to another person.
The winner is solely responsible for the entire difference between the $30,000 prize credit and the purchase price of the replacement vehicle.
The winner is also responsible for all applicable taxes, title, registration, tag, dealer, filing, documentation and other fees associated with the replacement vehicle.
If financing is required to pay the difference between the $30,000 credit and the price of the selected vehicle, financing is subject to normal credit approval and lender requirements. Neither MainStreet DeLand Association nor RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand guarantees financing or approval.
Vehicle availability is subject to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand's then-current inventory.
This upgrade option does not convert the prize into cash. It only permits the winner to apply the $30,000 prize value toward an eligible, more expensive new Mitsubishi vehicle in stock at RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand.
Taxes, Title, Registration and Other Costs
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes arising from receipt of the prize, together with any applicable sales or use taxes, title fees, registration fees, license plate or tag fees, insurance expenses, dealer or documentation fees, electronic filing fees and any other costs or expenses not expressly stated in these Official Rules as being included with the prize.
The winner is responsible for satisfying all requirements necessary to title, register and insure the vehicle.
The winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security number or other taxpayer identification number and complete tax forms or other documentation required by MainStreet DeLand Association, RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand or applicable taxing authorities.
If federal or other tax withholding is required before the vehicle may legally be transferred to the winner, the winner will be responsible for providing any amount required to satisfy such withholding before taking possession of the vehicle.
MainStreet DeLand Association and/or RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand may report the prize and its fair market value to federal, state or local taxing authorities as required by law.
Vehicle Condition and Warranty
The prize vehicle will be delivered through RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand.
Except for warranties expressly provided by Mitsubishi Motors or RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand, MainStreet DeLand Association makes no express or implied warranty regarding the prize vehicle.
Any manufacturer's warranty applicable to the vehicle is governed solely by the manufacturer's terms, conditions and eligibility requirements.
Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

During Light Up DeLand
West Indiana Avenue, Downtown DeLand, Florida
MainStreet confirms the 2026 Light Up DeLand event is scheduled for December 4 from 5:00–8:00 p.m. on West Indiana Avenue.
The winner does not need to be present to win.
Every eligible entry will have an equal opportunity to be selected.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
The drawing is not conditioned upon MainStreet DeLand Association receiving any minimum number of entries, donations or contributions.
Winner Notification
The winner will be announced at Light Up DeLand and will also be contacted using the information provided with the winning entry.
The potential winner must provide proof of identity and eligibility and complete all documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, comply with applicable tax requirements and transfer the vehicle.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, declines the prize, is determined to be ineligible, fails to provide required documentation or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) calendar days after notification, MainStreet DeLand Association may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
MainStreet DeLand Association will continue the process as necessary so that the prize is awarded in accordance with applicable law.
Florida law requires the sponsoring organization to award the advertised prize.
Publicity Release
The winner may elect to participate in promotional activities associated with the giveaway, including the vehicle presentation, photography, video, interviews, social media posts and public announcements.
Participation in such publicity is voluntary.
If the winner consents, MainStreet DeLand Association and RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand may use the winner's name, hometown, photograph, likeness, voice and statements concerning the giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Privacy
Information collected through this promotion will be used to administer the drawing, verify eligibility, contact the winner, complete the vehicle transfer and satisfy applicable legal and tax requirements.
Information necessary to complete the vehicle transaction may be provided to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand and other parties reasonably necessary to complete the transfer.
Information will not be sold to third parties.
Entrants may opt out of future MainStreet DeLand marketing communications at any time.
Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless MainStreet DeLand Association, Inc., RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand, and their respective officers, directors, board members, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns from claims, losses, liabilities or damages arising from participation in the drawing or acceptance, ownership, possession or use of the prize, except for claims or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.
MainStreet DeLand Association is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or improperly submitted entries; postal delays or failures; website or internet interruptions; payment-processing errors; or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
General Conditions
MainStreet DeLand Association reserves the right to disqualify an entrant or reject an entry obtained through fraud, falsification, automated submission, manipulation of the drawing process or other material violation of these Official Rules.
Entries will not be disqualified arbitrarily or because an entrant elected to enter without making a contribution.
If technical or administrative issues affect the operation of the promotion, MainStreet DeLand Association may take reasonable measures necessary to preserve the integrity and fairness of the drawing, consistent with applicable law.
The drawing will not be canceled, and the prize will be awarded as required by Florida law.
Winner List
MainStreet DeLand Association may publicly announce the winner's name and hometown, subject to applicable law and the winner's publicity preferences.
