MainStreet DeLand Association, Inc. is excited to present our Support Local, Win a Cruise for Two promotional drawing. One lucky winner will receive a Margaritaville at Sea cruise for two (2), generously sponsored by Joe Hearn Events.
All proceeds from this fundraiser support MainStreet DeLand Association's mission, "Nurturing the Heartbeat of DeLand, for all”, through events, beautification efforts, economic development initiatives, and community partnerships.
The winner will be announced live during Tropical Nights on Friday, July 17, 2026, at approximately 7:30 p.m. ET on West Indiana Avenue in Downtown DeLand. The winner does not need to be present to win.

Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, board members, officers, and immediate family members of MainStreet DeLand Association and Joe Hearn Events are not eligible to win.
Entry Period
Entries will be accepted beginning June 1, 2026 and ending at 12:00 a.m. ET on July 17, 2026.
How to Enter
Eligible donations must be made at www.mainstreetdeland.org/cruise-giveaway-2026.
Suggested donation levels are:
1 Entry — $10
15 Entries — $100
Additional contribution amounts are welcome. Please contact MainStreet DeLand Association for assistance. Contributions support the charitable mission of MainStreet DeLand Association.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
No purchase, donation, contribution, or payment is necessary to enter or win.
To enter without making a donation, mail a handwritten 3" x 5" card containing your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

Mail-in entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on July 14, 2026. Each eligible mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry into the drawing. Mail-in entries will be logged upon receipt and entered into the drawing with all other eligible entries.
Limit one (1) entry per mailed card. Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry must be submitted on a separate card and mailed separately.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Margaritaville at Sea cruise for two (2), generously sponsored by Joe Hearn Events.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $1,200
The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash. MainStreet DeLand Association reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, gratuities, transportation to and from the port, port fees, travel documentation, onboard purchases, upgrades, excursions, and any other expenses not specifically included in the prize package.
Travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, sailing schedules, capacity restrictions, and all terms, conditions, policies, and requirements of Margaritaville at Sea. Winner and guest must comply with all cruise line requirements, including valid identification and travel documentation.
MainStreet DeLand Association and Joe Hearn Events are not responsible for cancellations, itinerary changes, travel interruptions, weather events, acts of God, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond their control that may affect the cruise.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by MainStreet DeLand Association on Friday, July 17, 2026, at approximately 7:30 p.m. ET during Tropical Nights in Downtown DeLand.
The winner need not be present to win.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) calendar days of notification, MainStreet DeLand Association reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Publicity Release
The winner may elect to participate in promotional activities related to the prize and giveaway. Participation in publicity, photography, interviews, or public announcements is voluntary and may be declined by the winner. If the winner consents, MainStreet DeLand Association may use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Privacy
Information collected through this promotion will be used solely for administration of the drawing and communications from MainStreet DeLand Association. Information will not be sold to third parties.
Entrants may opt out of future marketing communications at any time.
Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless MainStreet DeLand Association, Joe Hearn Events, Margaritaville at Sea, and their respective officers, directors, board members, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, claim, litigation, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in this promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
General Conditions
MainStreet DeLand Association reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate this promotion if fraud, technical failures, natural disasters, public emergencies, acts of God, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.
Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may result in disqualification.
Winner List
MainStreet DeLand Association may announce the winner's name, hometown, and likeness for promotional purposes, subject to the winner's consent and applicable law.
If the winner declines public recognition, MainStreet DeLand Association reserves the right to withhold personally identifying information while maintaining documentation sufficient to verify that a valid winner was selected and awarded the prize.
