Food Concessions: Food concessionaires offer freshly made foods prepared onsite available for sale and immediate consumption. Relevant parties may contact events@mainstreetdeland.org to request an application form.

Application Timeline:

  • Application window opens January 1

  • Vendor acceptance notifications will be communicated on August 16.

  • Booth assignments and Load-In Instructions will be communicated via email on September 13.

PHOTO REQUIREMENT
Your application is complete when you submit the application and email a minimum of five photos of your work and booth set up to events@mainstreetdeland.org. ALL APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO SEND PHOTOS. IF PHOTOS ARE NOT SUBMITTED, THE CRAFTER WILL BE REJECTED AND THEY WILL RECEIVE NO REFUND.

DeLand Craft Show Policies & Procedures

  • Location assignments are determined by event organizers.

  • Booth requests must be made on the application form. Preference requests that are emailed will not be considered. Requests are not guaranteed, and will be granted based on availability.

  • The items sold must be handcrafted.

  • You may have no more than three separate types of items in your booth. For example: painted signs, nail files & wreaths.

  • Vendor Check-in is at the MainStreet DeLand Association office (100 N. Woodland Blvd. St.4, DeLand) between 6:00 AM & 9:00 AM.

  • Vendor set up is September 28, 2024 from 6:00 AM- 9:00 AM. Be ready to conduct business by 10:00 AM

  • TENT WEIGHTS ARE MANDATORY. If you do not have tent weights you WILL be asked to break down and leave. You may not tie to another tent and you may not anchor to the pavement. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • You may not bring any generator or otherwise gas (or car battery) powered fans or lights. This is strictly prohibited by the DeLand Fire Department. Detection of unauthorized use will result in your removal from the show without refund.

  • To set up, you will not be permitted to enter the event footprint before your load-in time. You are to unload your vehicle onto the sidewalk adjacent to your booth location, park your vehicle, and THEN SET UP. This includes your tent. All vehicles must be off the road by 9:00 AM.

  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying Florida sales tax.

  • Vendors are permitted to sell only approved items as described in the application. You may not sell food or drink (this includes bottled water & soft drinks).

  • Booth breakdown is between 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM (STRICTLY ENFORCED) on September 29, 2024.

  • There is a nonrefundable $30 application fee. Payment of the application fee does not equate to approval for Show participation. The application fee is in addition to the booth fee. Once applications are reviewed, you will receive notification if your application is approved via the email your provided. If not approved, you will receive a refund, minus the $30 application fee.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY. Cancellations prior to August 1 will be considered. Any refunds will not include the $30 application fee.
