We welcome artisans selling handcrafted items to apply for the 2027 DeLand Craft Show.

Vendor spaces are 10' x 10'.

Food Concessions

Food concessionaires offer freshly prepared foods made onsite for sale and immediate consumption. Interested food vendors should contact events@mainstreetdeland.org to request a Food Concession Application.

Application Timeline

Applications received after August 1, if space remains available, will be subject to a $225 Crafter Fee.

PHOTO REQUIREMENT

Your application is not complete until you have submitted the application and emailed a minimum of five photos showing your work and booth setup to events@mainstreetdeland.org.

ALL APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT PHOTOS. Applications submitted without the required photos will be rejected, and the $30 application fee is nonrefundable.

DeLand Craft Show Policies & Procedures

• Booth locations are assigned by event organizers.

• Booth location requests must be included on the application form. Requests submitted separately by email will not be considered. Booth requests are not guaranteed and will be accommodated based on availability.

• All items offered for sale must be handcrafted.

• Vendors may offer no more than three separate types or categories of items in their booth. For example: painted signs, nail files, and wreaths.

• Vendor Check-In: Vendor check-in will take place at the MainStreet DeLand Association office, 100 N. Woodland Blvd., Ste. 4, DeLand, between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM on Saturday, September 25, 2027.

• Vendor Setup: Vendor setup will take place on Saturday, September 25, 2027, from 6:00 AM–9:00 AM. All booths must be completely set up and ready for business by 10:00 AM.

• TENT WEIGHTS ARE MANDATORY. Vendors without proper tent weights will be required to break down their booth and leave the event. Tents may not be tied to another tent, and vendors may not anchor tents into the pavement. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Generators and gas-powered or car-battery-powered fans, lights, or similar equipment are prohibited. This restriction is required by the DeLand Fire Department. Unauthorized equipment may result in removal from the show without a refund.

• Vendors may not enter the event footprint before their assigned load-in time. Upon arrival, vendors must unload their vehicle onto the sidewalk or designated area adjacent to their booth location, immediately move and park their vehicle, and then begin booth setup, including tent setup. All vehicles must be removed from the event streets by 7:30 AM.

• Vendors are responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying all applicable Florida sales tax.

• Vendors may sell only the items approved as part of their application. Vendors may not sell food or beverages, including bottled water or soft drinks, unless specifically approved as a food concessionaire.

• A minimum of five photos showing your work and booth setup must be emailed to events@mainstreetdeland.org. All applicants are required to submit photos.

• Crafters must sell work consistent with the type and quality of work represented in the photos submitted with their application. Vendors selling unapproved merchandise or merchandise substantially different from their submitted work may be asked to leave the event without a refund.

• Booth Breakdown: Booth breakdown will take place between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM on Sunday, September 26, 2027. Early breakdown is not permitted and this policy will be strictly enforced.

• The total application price includes a nonrefundable $30 application fee. Payment of the application fee does not guarantee acceptance into the DeLand Craft Show. Applications will be reviewed by event organizers, and applicants will be notified by email regarding acceptance. Applicants who are not accepted will receive a refund of fees paid, less the nonrefundable $30 application fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received before August 1, 2027, may be considered for a refund. Any approved refund will exclude the nonrefundable $30 application fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received on or after August 1, 2027.
