Building Your Business Group (BYBG) Conversation Meeting

  • MainStreet DeLand Association, Inc. 100 N. Woodland Blvd Suite 4 DeLand United States (map)

BYBG will meet twice a month and is specifically for business people who are looking for ideas to help grow their business. A discussion group meeting will occur on the 1st Thursday of the month that will lead us to an educational presentation on the third Thursday.

The BYBG concept is as follows:

Members of this  group will select a short list of challenges, issues and problems that they deal with in their business. Using this  list,  one topic will be selected for each meeting. Members present are each asked to discuss how the topic affects their business and if they have been successful in finding a solution.  (Please be assured that no-one will be asked to discuss proprietary information and solutions will not be open for critique.)

Why is BYBG unique?

The group is not a think tank nor a Mastermind program.  The concept uses the discussion of  individual business experiences, with the goal of helping all businesses in the group to strengthen their practices and grow.

Why is the BYBG so powerful?

Collaborative business improvement helps individual business not only survive but grow.  This is extremely important, as we know 90% of small business is unlikely to survive its first 5 years.  It is in your best interest to have your business neighbors  healthy and open for business.
