MainStreet DeLand Association is pleased to announce the formation of a very unique small business assistance group.
The Rotary Club of DeLand will hold its 6th Annual Glamour & Gore Costume Party Fundraiser Saturday, October 20, 2018, in Artisan Alley from 7:00-11:00 pm. Tickets cost $50 and are available at Eventbrite; a 20% discount is offered for groups of six or more. Admission includes heavy hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine, music, dancing and a Costume Contest with $650 in prizes. Prizes will be awarded for Most Glamorous, Most Gory, and Best Couple/Group; Best Overall will be decided by President Kevin Reid. Proceeds will benefit local charities. A celebration of live Jazz, Blues, and Gospel music. The festival honors the lives and works of masters like Watts and Sam Rivers, by providing opportunities to experience this artistic heritage and to find the artists within themselves. They can also be purchased at the free festival kickoff party downstairs at The Table restaurant from 6:30-8:30pm on 10/19. Tickets will be available at the gate for $20.
