Parade Start: 10:00am, Woodland Blvd

Honor those who have served our nation at this heartwarming annual parade. It features veterans of all branches of service, as well as military vehicles, marching bands and patriotic floats on Woodland Blvd. It is our goal to honor the sacrifices of all veterans and their families in a celebration in historic Downtown DeLand.

Parade entries are open to Volusia County veterans and military-oriented organizations.

Red, White & Blue Bash: 11:00am, Indiana Ave

New this year, we’re excited to introduce the Red, White & Blue Bash, an all-American celebration of America 250 taking place on West Indiana Avenue immediately following the Veterans Day Parade.

From 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, enjoy classic Americana fun with a hot dog eating contest, pie baking contest, cornhole, potato sack races, and more as Downtown DeLand comes together to celebrate our nation’s 250th anniversary.

Veterans of Honor Nominations

Nominate a deserving veteran to be specifically recognized for their wartime service. These veterans will be recognized during the opening ceremony of this year’s Volusia County Veterans Day Parade and will take a place of honor in the parade.
