Most Main Streets have a great number of vendors that come to their events. Wouldn't it be great to help them move to the next level and become part of your everyday downtown? Many of these small retail entrepreneurs would love to open a shop in the communities they love; however, the buildings available are often too big and too expensive for their needs. This session will offer creative ideas for making spaces that are right sized for local crafters, foodies and other fledgling retailers so they can add to your downtown vibrancy using both existing and new affordable buildings.
