Making DeLand Strong for 36 Years

Welcome Stetson Students! We’ve missed you. We hope you’ve had a great Summer. The Downtown businesses have worked hard to provide a safe environment for you as you come back to town.

You’ll find a few new businesses have opened and you’ll find some have different hours. Also, you will find a community that welcomes your return. Check out our website to find your favorite shops and restaurants and follow us on social media.

Covid’s ups and downs continue to affect our event schedule We are currently moving forward with the DeLand Craft Show on September 25th & 26th and the DeLand Fall Festival of the Arts in November. Some other events have been put on hold or rescheduled.

MainStreet DeLand has been working to make DeLand strong for 36 years. Great downtowns don’t happen by accident. Please look for our new annual fundraising campaign coming out this month. You’ll be able to donate $1 for each of the 36 years ($36). If you wanted to donate $5 or $10 for each of the 36 years, that would be awesome.

MainStreet continues to thank those of you who are buying local and supporting our downtown community. You are amazing! Because of you, DeLand remains strong even in times of crisis

such as this virus we continue to battle.

Whether you are shopping, dining, taking advantage of the many other services that Downtown offers, our goal is to make your experience enjoyable and safe. We hope to see you downtown soon.
